OBSERVATIONS

Yearly Trends

The year 2023 was largely experimental and the quantum of finished compost sieved and bagged for issue shows wide variations which cannot be correlated logically.
Production in 2024 though below par till October shows a take off during the last 2 months after installation of additional machinery.
The first 2 months of 2025 show a dip due to labour and supervisory issues but has improved thereafter

Six Month Trend

Sustained improvement in performance seen since April 2025 with better supervision, but Unit still plagued by the issue of critical minimum in manpower.

31-Day Trend

Largely satisfactory except for the issue of critical minimums
Affected during the last week due to frequent power outages

Considering the demand-supply gap, increase in output though an increase in the labour force needs to be expedited.
